How it works & useful details

How to use this tool

Enter basic Latin watermark text and choose its color, angle, opacity, and font size. The centered watermark is drawn over page content; long text shrinks to fit. Rotated pages and crop boxes are respected. A watermark does not prevent copying or editing and is not a digital signature.

Limits and document support

Use an unencrypted PDF with 1–500 pages and a size below 50 MiB. Interactive forms are not supported; export a flattened copy first. Saving rewrites the PDF and invalidates digital signatures. Unusual document features may not survive rewriting; inspect the downloaded result.
